Frigiliana is a cluster of white chalked houses huddled up against Castle Hill so named because it used to be crowned by a Moorish fortress. At an altitude of 1,000 feet, Frigiliana offers beautiful views over evergreen orchards of avocado trees and foothills sloping down towards the Mediterranean.
